The debate of the commanders following the Battle of Pelennor Fields.
March 17 3019 TA
The Battle of Dale, resulting in the death of King Brand and Dain Ironfoot, King under the Mountain. Dwarves and Men alike take refuge in Erebor and are besieged. Shagrat delivers Frodo's cloak, sword, and the mithril shirt to Barad-dur.
March 18 3019 TA
The Host of the West marches from Minas Tirith. Frodo and Sam are overtaken by Orcs and march with them to avoid discovery.
March 19 3019 TA
The army from Minas Tirith reaches the Morgul Vale. Frodo and Sam escape from the orcs and begin their journey along the road leading to Barad-dur.
March 22 3019 TA
Frodo and Sam turn off the road and head south to Mount Doom. The third assault on Lorien.
